Notes

12 hills about 200m each. Hit mostly 28-29's with about a 1 second bilateral tolerance. No gloves; haven't experienced that kind of pain since new years day. Workout was decent but I started slipping a bit at the end, not surprising considering workout the day before and pwr cleans/ ft sqt the past two days.
