Notes

Pretty easy workout, felt really nice. First one at 3:25 was really easy. On the last two I pushed the pace early but then I was on my own for the duration and allowed myself to slip a bit. Last one I took the first 200m out in 31 but was hardly tired when I finished. Excited for UofI this Saturday, last chance to go after sub 4:30 indoors.
