Was not expecting to have to do 18 300's after the past two days! Surprised myself and had a really good one. The first two sets were strides and then 55's with a 100m walk. Last set was hard with 3min recovery. Felt good and did them all solo from the front in 44-46. I should hope there will be an easy day tom!
