Had a decent race, first one that felt pretty good this season. If I was running with my teammates I definitely could have gone faster. I stuck with the lead group until about two miles, but then I fell of their pace significantly. The marmion course was really bad and mile 2 was almost all on uneven ground and sharp turns I was forced to slow down dramatically on. I ended up in 6th place with a 17:36 which is probably more like a 17 flat for three miles. The next dual meet is on Thursday, I will have to show that I am much better than my times this season so far show. I am confident that I will be able to beat everyone except Turner in the dual.
