Notes

Only 5 miles assigned today but i made the best of it. Felt pretty good on the way out but much better on the way back negative splitting by about 2 minutes. Warmup was brisk but not hard. Milner upped us on all the core work and stuff not to mention 'maxes' before running actually made today pretty hard.
