Notes

Centennial 5k, last race in a Hopkins singlet. Going into the race I wanted to get up front and make sure I was actively competing and ensuring that the race wouldn't be a jog fest, no matter what that meant for the latter stages. Turns out that meant dying extremely hard. Got to the 2k right on 15:00 pace, but that was all I could muster. After getting dropped I was running pretty slowly, but kept fighting as hard as I could and scraped by some people on the last lap. It was definitely tough to walk off the track after that one, but I finished knowing I gave it my all. Haverford destroyed us, but we ran a lot smarter than in the 10k and this race last year.
