16x100m with a 100m walk recovery. My muscles started to tighten up around #6 and they are still pretty cramped. I was dehydrated and my calves were once again cramping on the cooldown. Pretty stupid considering I managed to stay hydrated all of vacation but never seem to drink any water during the school day. Fastest 100m was a 13.3 on the 3rd or 4th one but we slowed down a lot after #6, mostly 14.mid-high after that. Today was horrible overall, sucks to be back at school.
