Notes

This run felt pretty great. Beginning was slow and the end was fast, I loosened up as I went. It felt so good to get onto a flat surface for once. By the end I was definitely going 7:40 pace or faster which felt nice to be doing at altitude.

Did abs and flexibility stuff later in the day and now my body feels fantastic. I really want to aggressively work on my flexibility and become more injury resistant.
