Ran relay w/Ming. 6th of 18 relay teams.
rolled my already (though mildly sprained) ankle 10' in, EQ problems as my water sack closure part came undone, and tripped and fell off the trail @ 1:30' in.
Concentrated on nose breathing to slow down my heart
focusing internally for a good, enjoyable run,
slowing down when over exerted
and having a good run.
I succeeded!
