workout at duke in the evening. had Andrew, Michael Bone, and Mitch with me to help time/pace. did a warmup, stretch and 800 w/ pickups and then jumped in. did 2 sets of progressive 400s aiming 65 for first and then 63-64 for second set. then progressive 200s that I did with coach Detmer who just happened to be on the track. good workout, felt strong
