Fartlek from Jordan's apartment this morning. Felt really good on the first two reps and then the back started to tighten up at the end of the first 3 minute rep. By the end of the second 3 minute rep everything was too tight to keep going and I had to stop...Maybe I need to be doing my exercises more? Stretching more? I've been pretty good lately and I was on flat asphalt so I'm not really sure what caused the problem today...
