phenominal workout. 4x400, 2x1k, 4x400. 1-1 rest. felt absolutely great. jumped around on first 4. 66 kinda shocking (more mentally, body felt fine) so slowed up a bit but just decided to go right back to it. 1st 1k was threshold like it was supposed to be. 2nd 1k Beamer and I just started rolling and didn't let up, still felt good and mildly relaxed though. then just wanted to absolutely crank on 2nd set of 400s so I did. felt great and the pace felt fast but I could definitely handle it. raced the 400 guys on the last one (Carter and Bone) and won.
I have never felt so fit in my entire life, especially headed into championship season. ready to roll at regionals and states
