Maintenance run this morning. Started out with the front group but the fast early pace started tightening up my back so I eased back. Turned around at the neighborhood and tried to take the trails back but definitely didn't take the same ones back. Kept it relaxed but the pace around 6:30. Made it back to the vans a little early so added on afterwards.
Did strides and drills afterwards. Strides were a 30, 30, 30 with each zone faster than the previous.
