Much better workout on the grass than last week. Still frustrated with where I am but Gibby said it's a significant improvement from last week. Need to stop focusing on where I want to be/feel like I should be and just take each workout individually and work through them.
Overall it was a good effort but I'm very frustrated that I'm unable to respond to moves when I'm on the grass loop. Back felt a little bit better than last week but not a ton.
