Ran at the Peace Valley Reservoir. Joey and Maddy started early so I subconsciously tried to catch them and ran right around 6:00 for the first mile. Settled down and ran with Joey for the next mile. After a mile he peeled off and I just ran relaxed for the rest of the way. Did an extra 2 miles and change afterwards. Back felt a little tight and achilles was mildly sore but overall felt good.
