Notes

Pre-race workout. Did 10 minutes brisk and then 3:30 up tempo. 10 minutes were at around 5:20 pace and the 3:30 was definitely under 5. Workout overall was alright. Back felt sore from the work I did with Anthony yesterday and a bit tight because it was pretty chilly outside.

Went to chiropractor afterwards and then worked with Anthony.
