really solid tempo run on the last day of State visit. everyone else was doing 10 so I just ran with Collie on the intramural fields by the track. did 7 loops of a bit over 1000m at 5:40 pace. pretty consistent and felt good. tight in the shoulders and neck though, gotta relax
