Solid run at Reedy. It was nice to get off the greenway for a change. Rolled for a bit with the team but they were rolling pretty hard so I dropped off and just kept my hr under 170. Did a loop and then ran the single track. Was a bit difficult to roll through the single track and try to keep my hr up without tripping but I managed. No strides or drills.
