Saucony Power Grid Guide 8 (Spencer)
Decent 3-2-1 fartlek this morning. Hung for the first 3 minutes, kept it a bit too easy after the first rep so had to the second two by myself. Managed to find my own rhythm and work into it pretty well. Decent workout overall.
