Great workout today. Did 3x800 balls out. I was towards the back of the pack. I honestly felt fairly all out on those 800s..Perhaps I just need a bit more time to run faster. After the 800s we did 9:00 threshold efforts. On the first one I went through the mile in 5:40ish and was pretty far back from the pack. On the second one I was feeling a bit better and went through the mile in 5:30ish. I was only about 20-30m back from Tim and just rolled with it. On the third I started with Alex and Matt and was feeling good so I just rolled with them. Slid back a bit on the last few minutes but no more than 10m or so. Overall a very good workout and Gibby was extremely pleased.
