really solid tempo run on track at AAXCC. had Graham pacing with Zack, Wyatt, Ben, and Patrick. workout was 4 x 5:00 w/ 2:30 jogging rest between reps. went 5:40 (feeling good), 5:30 (starting to work), 5:20 (working), 5:00 (working hard) hung with group whole way and really dropped last lap running high 60s.
