Feeling pretty shitty post 10x1k. Went Jurassic with Tim, Alex, and Josh. Kept it fairly relax. Legs just weren't up for trying to hammer on the greenway with the guys. Did ins & outs, drills, and steeple drills/stretches when we got back.
