really solid workout, just Beamer and me. did 2 ladders (goal pace): 1600 (5:15), 1200 (3:45), 800 (2:25), 400 (sub 70), 200 (fast as possible) with 5 min inbetween each rep. felt really strong, struggled with faster stuff a little bit but really cranked on longer stuff. Beamer cramped up so dropped him in 16 and 12 of second set and sort of on 8. good to be back
