Pretty shitty run this morning. Did 8 miles on the Greenway and then 2 miles on the track in front of Gibby. Back locked up about 2 miles into the run so I dropped back. By the time I made it back to the track I was running about 7:00 miles... Pretty frustrated at this point because it feels like I'm moving backwards in terms of my back...
