Pretty solid run at Umstead with Beamer, Josh, Mihret, Sandman, Abel, and Dean. Went out and back on the wide gravel roads. Got dropped when Dean and Beamer started hammering up a fairly long hill. Turned by myself at 28:10 and managed to only run 30 seconds slower on the way back despite being all alone.
