Solid second run of the week at Whitewater today. Had to do the entire thing by myself which kinda sucked but I got it done. I went in the main entrance and then just did loops around the actual whitewater part and then went back out the main entrance. Pretty solid run and kept the pace fairly respectable. Stopped at 25 minutes to stretch per Gibby's instructions.
