Decent long run this evening. Did it after work so I wasn't feeling too great but I did get it done. Went down Third Fork Creek and up Woodcroft and then turned around at the ATT. Came back and did a loop by Romel's house and went down to the end of Hamstead and back. Back felt fine the whole way.
