Notes

Pre race workout. 9 min brisk and then 4 minutes up tempo. Stuck for the first few minutes but then got dropped so I worked through the workout on my own. Then 4 minutes up tempo which turned into a full mile for the front guys and about 100m short of a mile for me. Running fast and feeling pretty good on the uptempo portion.
