Really solid workout on the Liske grass loop. Anthony put some Tiger Balm on my back before the workout which made it feel real good. Ran with Tristan for the first two and then dropped him. Was working by myself for the majority of the workout but I Kent was falling off so I focused on trying to reel him in. Felt really good even as I was bringing the it down towards the end. Ran 1k during the chase, felt really fast and got burned by the mid D guys at the end. Overall a really solid workout.
