coach split us up into groups (Matt, Casey, Austin, Me) and we ran 2 DMRs w/ 10 or so minutes in between ran mile first round (4:50ish) and we came in 2nd bc Beamer had about 200m on me to start. then second round ran 800 and dropped a 2:08 to reel in Romel and put Austin about 50m behind Thomas for the mile. we won the second round. solid, but fairly relaxed day. workload wasn't very large
