Long run at DuPont. Started with front group but they started rolling hard and I had no interest after yesterday's tempo on the track. So hung back with Marvin Ridge kids for a bit (they thought I was really cool being the leading 3200m runner in the state). Then everyone took a wrong turn and went through some really deep mud then turned around and ran with Graham and Nick Linder on the way back. Really tough run with tough footing and a lot of hills.
