Maintenance run at Lacta this morning. Legs pretty dead to start so dropped back a bit. Started rolling when I turned around especially once I hit the road. Must have been rolling 6:10 or under for a while there. Once the legs loosened up they felt a little better.
Worked with Anthony on some new back exercises. Loosening up the Soaz, more bands, some hip strengthening stuff with a band around my legs.
