Notes
Ran in the evening because I overslept in the morning. Dehydrated and had eaten a nutri-grain bar fairly recently.
Tried to run 6:30s or better and it felt a bit like a tempo run. Was definitely working especially towards the end. I think the fourth mile is incorrect but I may have lapsed mentally for a little while too. Aside from the stitch in my side all run I felt alright, would like 6:30 to feel more comfortable but I suppose I gotta start somewhere.
Active stretches before run - back felt slightly tight most of the run.
Worked with Justin @ Proaxis in the early afternoon.
