Ran on some bike trails near campus. Kept the pace pretty honest. Bike trails were very turny and had some jumps so it didn't make my back feel great but the run went be quickly. Back didn't feel great towards the end so did the last 15 minutes on the gravel road through the middle. Decent run overall.
