Harrisburg Marathon relay - 2nd leg. 4th in the mixed division with a time of 3:09.
I tried for 7:30 pace but ended with average of 7:19 for 9.17 miles in 1:06:57
Splits: 7:26, 7:35, 7:25, 7:24, 7:19, 7:26, 7:12, 7:18, 6:50, 6:09 for last 0.17
Started too fast with the first check of my watch showing 6:45 pace. Backed off and got evened out during mile 2.
Had some slight uphills, then a ramp over the highway that must have been my second 7:26.
