Copied Kurt's loop, starting from my driveway, down to Algonquin spa for warmup and stretching; then out to Wiley's corner, Flashing Light and back home. Kept the pace controlled and easy, used the downhills and nice with wind at my back. Cold going out into the wind but sunny and new neoprene face protector works well. Good run for a change, tiring last mile but was pushing it to hold pace at the end.
