Left work a bit early to meet up with Kurt at the Algonquin for his hill workout which was 6 x 0.55mi repeats of Prince of Wales from start of Pagan Pt trail to William St past SJDA gym. Also joined by Pierre from St George but could not keep up with them with my heavy/dead legs. Jog back and they did a standing rest for 2-5 min while I did a little jog. We then finished with a slow jog around the Point before heading home. OK run for me, but slower than I liked because there still is a lack of spring/pop in the legs. Maybe the heavy miles adding up?
