Notes

ran 6 wup around 7:52 pace then 5x4min at cv (6:10) with 2 min easy (8:00) pace between then about 2 c/d. Finally felt good for this one. Breathing good. Legs felt good. Nice to have a run where I felt like I was running, not surviving.
