Notes

plan was to go 20 easy. Body said otherwise. Poor sleep past 2 days. HR higher. Feel a little jittery. Probably slightly overtrained. Not sure why. Took it easy for 1 hour today. Feel ok now. See how I feel and sleep tonight.
