Notes

Very nice run. 3wu then 6x.65m at 6:18pace then 2x.65m at 6:15 pace then 2 cd. Got stronger as the run went on. Amazing how much easier it felt with fresher legs. Hopefully this will continue through next week as I go into the 60 mpw range!
