ran usual 6 wup then 3x1 mile at lactate threshold or 6:18 pace with .15m rest between, then 3 c/d. Tougher run. Brutally hot in basement. Sleep. First repeat was the toughest. Last two got easier. Must have sweat a bunch as my weight was the lowest it has been since 7th grade after the run at 150.8 lbs.
