ran 3 wup at 8:11 then 8x.65m at 6:18 pace then 2 cd. Tough run. First 3 felt really easy then down hill from there. this is my highest mileage week in about 6 years so am hoping that is why the run was so tough. First 20 miler on wed as well and was tired after that. Cut back week next week so hopefully next weeks run will be a little easier.
