ran 3 wup then 3x1 mile at 6:22, 3x800m at 6:10, 1x 400m at 5:45. Was going to do 3 1/4 repeats but ran out of time. Overall felt good. Those mile repeats are definately harder to do. Legs felt good. Breathing felt good. Great run considering I only got 3 hours of sleep last night and had a leg cramp that nearly killed me. Gonna repeat this w/o next week and then probably back to my 1000m repeats after the 10k. really happy with my training so far. Not sure if it will equal faster time, but I feel more confident now and am actually enjoying training.
