Notes

ran 3 w/u at 7.2 then 4 miles at 6:57 pace and 2 c/d. Felt better than last week. Still a tough run. really focus on endurance. Still confused about lack of energy last week. Will try to limit caffeine intake and focus on lifting. Seems to be helping so far.
