nice run. Ran 5.5 wup then 4x1m repeats at near cv pace then 2 cd. Ran 200m slowly between repeats. Felt good. pacing tough. Ran on track and was kinda all over the place. Most miles around 6:12 pace. Little faster than I wanted to run but I felt good so I just kept near that pace. Gonna take singulair until the 10k. I think that has really helped as I have taken the past 2 days and feel really good.
