A cold starry night. Started outside, running a relatively easy-paced 7 miles in 53 minutes besides the frozen Clear Creek, but it really wasn't the run I wanted tonight, so retreated into the rec center for some faster treadmill miles, and worked up a real sweat running 8 briskly-paced miles in 51:30, putting in a solid and sweaty 10K in 38:45 in the middle of it, which was much more what I had in mind. :-) The post run beer and pizza were sub-par though!
