A great interval session, five minutes easy to start with then 7x5 minutes hard off 2:30 recoveries, then 5 minutes easy to warm down. Felt... fast, strong, on fire. The discomfort from the effort was a pleasure! Speed ranged from 5:45 pac to 6:46 pace on the intervals (depending on the hills!) to 7:22 to 10:00 recoveries (again, the hills had some impact. All in all, a very good sesion, with 600 feet plus of ascent. Went through 10K in roughly 39:30 I think, so all is well!
