Notes
A great long run on a hilly route. From home to Mathew Winters, through red rocks, down to Morrison, and into Bear Lake State Park. Then back. the trals were hard going: icy still, and very slippery, with mud in places. The hills were work too, but I took them very slow. Started to really feel it at 2 and a half hours. The climb back to the house was run at a snails pace. Felt a little tired for the rest of the day, but not bad. This was definitely more than equivalent to a flat sea level marathon!
