Not enough sleep last night caught up around mile 13. Had to take a handful of walk breaks the last 5+ miles.
Took 4 shot blocks and an e-Gel.
Right hip was a bit worse than usual - acting up around mile 9.
Couldn't get myself to run a short loop to make it to 19 miles.
Too hard an effort for a long run!
