Miles 8,9 @ MGP 8:48 - 156, 156 (2 BPM higher on avg)
Last 2 miles at MGP 3 weeks ago HR at 165 - now at 155/156 - GOOD!!
Hip started tightening early and legs felt dead most of the run.
